APE Grupo holds its own fair in its showroom and supports Cevisama with a design stand

The Perfect Mix Experience

APE Grupo serves as the link between Castellón and Valencia throughout Cevisama week. Hosting ‘The Perfect Mix Experience’ for the first time, the Castellón-based company will transform its showroom into a hub of distribution, architecture, interior design and styling from 19 February to 1 March. Concurrently, APE Grupo is participating in Cevisama to showcase its support for the Valencia-based event, now in its 40th edition.

This move further solidifies APE Grupo’s commitment to unity between the two strategic points it has established, creating a dynamic axis between Valencia and Castellón where ceramics are the focal point.

‘The Perfect Mix Experience’ isn’t merely a concept; it’s an opportunity for innovation, knowledge exchange and networking. During Cevisama week, APE Grupo has designed a series of activities at its Castellón headquarters, which will be open for the public to enjoy. Notably, on Monday 26 February, the company is celebrating ‘Distribution Day’ in partnership with ANDIMAC, the association representing the professional distribution of materials for building and renovation. Discussions will cover topics such as competition from large retailers and the impact of AI on the sale of products for interior design and projects.

On Tuesday 27, APE Grupo will unveil its signature collection ‘Esencia Material’, featuring renowned interior designer Erico Navazo, acclaimed by AD magazine as one of Europe’s most influential designers. The evening will see the gala awards ceremony for the first edition of the APE Grupo Architecture Awards take place.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday 28th, artist Davide Doppioni is set to present the ‘A Piedi’ collection, followed by the release of key findings from APE Grupo’s trend study ‘The New Habitat’.

The highlight of the programme occurs on Thursday 29, with the ‘APE Grupo Design Day’. Here we featuring conferences by prominent architecture and interior design studios such as Mayice, Clap Studio, Mermelada Estudio, Álvaro Catalán de Ocón and consultancy firm Futurea.

Ceramics will also take the spotlight through the new proposals that APE Grupo has been working on for the Cevisama event. These collections will be showcased in the firm’s revamped showroom in Castellón and at the Feria Valencia stand, making it the only company in the sector to be present at Cevisama while simultaneously organising its own fair. “This dual presence demonstrates our commitment to the ceramics sector and our ability to stand out at key industry events. Furthermore, by participating in Cevisama, we are at the forefront of innovation and trends in the ceramics industry. Our presence there allows us to showcase our products and services to a wide audience,” noted José Miguel Pellicer, CEO of APE Grupo.

Regarding the APE best for you brand’s innovations, Italian architect Luigi Romanelli presents ‘Clos’, a new signature collection that blends two worlds, the digital and the manual, to highlight craftsmanship in every aspect. Its pieces display a unique graphic, inspired by a stone with elegant and delicate hues. The true innovation lies in its modular feature, a canvas that encourages creating combinations through the arrangement of its pieces.

On its part, the XLINING large format brand adds a new size to its catalogue, 160×230 cm, with a thickness of 12 mm, ideal for kitchen countertops, alongside stunning collections of decorations.

Meanwhile, in Carmen, APE Grupo’s decorative ceramic brand with Mediterranean roots, two collections stand out: Pukka, characterised by pronounced irregularities, giving it a unique appearance reminiscent of the imperfections inherent in tile firing in traditional kilns. All, with artisanal painting that also permeates the side of the piece. And Genuine, whose graphics are designed for the glaze to react and create unique tone changes, reproducing the same magic that occurs when ceramics experience the low temperatures of artisanal kilns.

Furthermore, Ilbagno, the brand specialising in comprehensive bathroom solutions, arrives at Cevisama with innovations including sinks and countertops, shower trays, screens, bathtubs and furniture fronts. In this way, Ilbagno redefines the possibilities of the bathroom with a unique blend of high-quality materials such as porcelain, Solid Surface and gel coat. The Castellón company has married aesthetics with functionality to turn the bathroom into a temple of design, luxury and comfort.

Deployment of originality at Cevisama

Finally, at the Cevisama stand (N2-P1-D76), APE Grupo has showcased design and originality through a conceptual space, promising to attract the attention of visitors to the international fair. Connection is the underlying idea that shapes the stand, an installation that speaks of the relationships generated between companies and people. The architectural work stands out above all and represents two connected elements that converse.
