Although the house did not present serious pathologies or defects, and had been well maintained, it did require significant refurbishment to update and considerably improve its thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as energy consumption. The architects and interior designers from OOIIO Arquitectura studio opted for a series of strategic changes in the layout, which served to provide each room with its own bathroom, enhancing their independence, while simultaneously expanding the living room and prioritizing filling all interiors with natural light and a sense of comfort, alongside a range of collections from APE Group Work, Dynamic, Sylk, and Bali.
