This project transforms a former haberdashery into a contemporary apartment, reflecting new urban lifestyles and the increasingly common change of use within the city. The intervention embraces refurbishment as a tool for recycling space and revitalising the urban fabric. Within just 55 m², an L-shaped layout frees up the central area and enhances the flow of natural light. Ceramics, colour and reflective surfaces define the character of the home, creating a compact, bright and expressive space designed for 21st-century urban living.
