APE Grupo has strengthened its management structure with the appointment of David López as Managing Director of the company, an appointment that reinforces APE Grupo’s General Management and forms part of a reorganisation aimed at preparing the group for a new strategic phase.
With this change, José Miguel Pellicer continues as CEO of APE Grupo, while General Management is now led by David López, establishing a leadership model that combines continuity, stability and reinforced operational management.
David López has been part of APE Grupo since 2006, when he joined the company as Head of the Logistics Centre. Throughout his career within the group, he has taken on various responsibilities, most recently leading the areas of Logistics, Purchasing and Quality, playing a key role in the company’s day-to-day operations.
His in-depth knowledge of the organisation, cross-functional business vision and close connection with teams have been decisive in his appointment to this new role as Managing Director.
David López holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universitat Jaume I of Castellón and has completed international training at the University of Salford (Manchester). He also has previous experience in research and development within the ceramics sector, further strengthening his technical and management profile.
The appointment comes at a time when APE Grupo has maintained positive results and financial stability in recent years, although revenue growth has remained steady. This context has led the company to reinforce its management structure in order to address market challenges more robustly, drive new initiatives and support the group’s transformation processes.
The reorganisation of the management team reflects a medium- and long-term strategic vision, in which professionalised management and strengthened leadership are key to the company’s future.
With this appointment, APE Grupo reaffirms its commitment to professional management, internal talent and an organisational structure prepared to support the processes of evolution, innovation and diversification that will define the group’s next phase.
This reinforcement of General Management consolidates a leadership model aligned with APE Grupo’s values and its commitment to building a solid, competitive and future-oriented business project.
